Why we love your REFERRALS:
Since the year Sharon started her real estate career in 1987, referrals have been the back-bone of our business. Her very first sale in the first month was a referral from a friend. And so it has continued for all these years. We strive to be the best Realtors our clients have ever experienced, so that they will feel good about referring us to their friends. Real estate is a “people” business – the trust, empathy, and understanding during the transaction are so important. Both of us keep up-to-date on the latest technology that can help our clients, and attend many more hours of education than are required. We want to be the BEST for you – our friends. Please call us if you or anyone you know has a real estate need. We can even help in cities throughout the nation and world, by referring to our expert colleagues.
Real estate transactions are the most significant financial dealings that most people ever make. We combine, as Realtors, technology with real-life insight, caring and market knowledge that buyers and sellers need. As Realtor.com says “Together – We Make Home Happen.”

Some Testimonials from our Clients – Why use Sharon and Brian as your Realtors:
“Sharon is the ideal Realtor. She is confident and well informed. No pressure while guiding us through the process. She made what is sometimes an exhausting, frustrating experience, a smooth, pleasant one. She’s the best. A five-star Realtor.” Sharon and Gay Lasher
Great job of marketing. It must have been as it led to a quick sale. They gave very thorough info re: what to expect in terms of conditions of sale (financial and timing). Priced to sell, which is what we needed. Sharon’s help with staging.
Sharon & Brian provide that personal touch that is so important when making a big decision about buying a house. They listened to our needs and were timely in responses. We appreciate them going out of their way to work with us-even though we lived outside the country, and helping us make our house purchase possible!
