****JULY REAL ESTATE STATISTICS
The inventory of properties for sale is less than a year ago in Bozeman and surrounding areas. It’s more difficult for buyers to find what they want. We’re seeing multiple offers on some of the properties in the lower prices. Building of new homes and condos is helping.
It’s an active market with the number of sales units up from June and from last July. The area right around Bozeman shows a 29% increase in sales. Big Sky shows a decrease of sales compared to last July. Livingston and Ennis stats show sales are up.
Median sales prices are up 15% in Bozeman, 9% in area 2 around Bozeman, 3% in Belgrade and 13% in Manhattan.
