• Coordinate and oversee any final walk-through inspection of your purchase property.

Robyn Erlenbush, CRS, CRB, a 30-year real estate veteran, actively manages the daily brokerage operations of ERA Landmark. As a non-selling Broker, Robyn is available to assist each associate with negotiation and marketing expertise for our clients. She chairs the MAR Forms Committee, which creates and revises all the real estate forms used in your transaction. Erlenbush serves on ERA’s National Advisory Council. which gives her timely insight on the latest trends and challenges in the industry.

Diane “Peanuts” Money, our corporate relocation manager, has been with ERA for 20+ years. She is the pleasant voice you hear on the phone and the friendly smile that greets you in our front office. Her role is to assist you with complimentary relocation services, across the country or across town. Think of her as “your ERA Concierge”…she will find the answer to your question or request.

Jenny Burrows, ERA Landmark's Technology coordinator, received her real estate license from the Montana Board of Realty Regulation in March 2007. Jen is very familiar with Bozeman, having lived here on and off for the past 16 years. She moved back to Bozeman to raise her children after finishing a tour of duty in the United States Navy. Her office is based in our historic downtown Bozeman office located at 8 E. Main Street.

Desiree Arguellez, ERA Landmark's Financial/Production Coordinator, supplies us with up-to-the-minute information regarding area demographics and market trends. She can assist your ERA Associate with information and analysis about your property’s projected sales rate, days on the market, absorption rate and current competition. She handles the agent ledger and accounts payable. Dessiree also works closely with Kelly assisting her with Marketing. She is responsible for the weekly production of our newspaper ads and updates property and company data on eralandmark.com. She also oversees the ERA Landmark Trust Account and the daily processing of all buy/sell agreements and closings. She also manages the ERA Home Warranty Program.

Kelly Lawlor, ERA Landmark’s Marketing Director works closely with your ERA Associate to position your property for maximum exposure in the marketplace. Kelly is responsible for the creative design and production of all of our specialty ads and marketing materials as well as ERA’s real estate guide.
