The first day of summer is coming next Monday, the 20th! But we’ve already had some beautiful days, everything is green and the crabapple trees and lilacs have had their time in the sun. Wild flowers are still in full bloom. And poppies and peonies are flourishing. Tourists are flowing to our area (Yellowstone broke records in May). And everyone is enjoying fishing, camping, picnics and all that our area offers. Don’t you just love it!!
As summer arrives, real estate is robust. Buyers are out in force, trying to find the home they love. New listings are coming on all the time, but not as many as are needed to satisfy demand.

Single Family Sales: Up 6% in Bozeman, down 3% in Bozeman Area, down 5% in Belgrade, up 33% in Manhattan, down 16% in Big Sky, down 8% in Livingston, down 32% in Ennis.
Single Family Median Price Change in 12 months: up 8% in Bozeman, down 2% in Bozeman Area, up 3% in Belgrade and up 8% in Manhattan. Up 18% in Big Sky, up 13% in Livingston and up 13% in Manhattan.
